Software Intellect - InformedMPS

Overview
This highly flexible solution provides real-time communication and quality reporting on the production floor. Roaming inspection stations leverage Windows Tablet PCs to capture pass/fail/variance results for defect and quality codes of work orders, gen-sets, and other forms of checklists. The data is then instantly communicated to the appropriate production areas throughout the plant, informing each station of quality issues specific to them. Email addresses associated with the inspection codes automatically send notifications to the appropriate supervisors and suppliers.

In addition to the details specific to each production station, visual scorecards on the production stations provide instant feedback to staff and supervisors of the overall quality of the station's output. Lastly, maintenance or repair stations can access any work order produced during the day, where comments and findings can be recorded.

The overall configuration is unique to each facility, as the hardware platforms can accommodate the needs of the facility by leveraging the use of alternative components, such as Smart Terminals and Windows Tablet PCs. The software is quickly and easily configured to the exact needs of the facility, by you, the customer. The configuration screens in the InformedMPS™ Back Office allow the components to also be built by the customer, as needed - and in real-time. Need to add a new production station for monitoring the assembly line? Just add the new station to the software configuration, add a Smart Terminal or standard computer to the line and you're up and running. Did a station go down and you need to monitor production results? Simply log off of a nearby station and log back in as that particular station.
